Facilitics Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Faciliticssoftware-as-a-service platform ("Service"), operated by Facilitics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "User", or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, facility, or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Service Description & Availability

Facilitics provides a cloud-based facility and asset management platform for tracking physical infrastructure, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, fuel issuances and audits, generator metrics, ticket resolution evidence, and compliance reporting.

We strive to maintain high service availability for enterprise infrastructure operations. However, service availability may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or unforeseen network outages. We will make reasonable efforts to announce planned maintenance in advance.

3. User Accounts & Field Evidence

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

• Data Accuracy: Field technicians and facility administrators agree to submit truthful, accurate maintenance records, meter readings, and audit entries.
• Verification Evidence: Photo evidence uploaded for ticket resolutions, inspection checklists, or vendor completion must reflect genuine physical equipment state at the time of service.
• Account Security: You must promptly notify Facilitics of any unauthorized use or credential compromise.

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Ownership

Customers retain full ownership of all facility data, asset specifications, maintenance logs, inspection records, and uploaded media ("Customer Data"). Facilitics enforces strict multi-tenant row-level data isolation (company_id siloing) to ensure your organizational data is isolated from other enterprise accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Facilitics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, equipment failure downtime, operational delays, or unverified field entries.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

6. Modifications to Terms

Facilitics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service as our platform, feature set, and legal obligations evolve. We will notify users of material modifications via in-app announcements or email. Continued access or use of the Service following effective updates constitutes binding agreement to the revised Terms.
